Roller skate sizing varies significantly between brands. We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to the specific size chart found on each product page for the most accurate fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your gear.
What is your return policy for skates?
We accept returns on unworn, brand-new items within 30 days of purchase. Skates must be in their original packaging and must not have been used outdoors or on a skating rink floor.
Can I upgrade the wheels or bearings on my new skates?
Absolutely! We offer custom assembly services. If you purchase skates and a set of upgraded wheels or bearings in the same order, leave a note at checkout and we will install them for you for free.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-3 business days. If you have ordered a custom build or specialized mounting service, please allow up to 7 business days for our technicians to prepare your skates.
Do you offer any warranty on hardware?
All skates sold are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects. This typically covers the boots, plates, and trucks, but does not cover normal wear and tear from skating.
