At Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop, we want you to love your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure your skates have only been tested on carpet to remain eligible for a full refund or swap.

Verify that your skates, wheels, or protective gear are in brand-new condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Submit a Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items securely in their original branded box and then inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
